Our Programs
Our programs are designed to help you meet your fitness goals in a community that is supportive and fun.

Strength & Conditioning
One-on-one personal training, is a one hour session where our professional trainer will be able to design the right program for you. These sessions are designed exclusively for our clients to create a customized training regimen to help you achieve your fitness goals and expectations. Private Training includes measurements and body-fat percentage tracking to help you see month-by-month the changes in your body. Semi-Private training is also available. With Semi-Private training, you will be matched in the same time slot as another client, but your workout and fitness levels may vary.
Bootcamp
Bootcamp is a group fitness classes that promote fat loss, camaraderie and team effort. They are designed to push people a little bit further than they would normally push themselves in the gym alone. Bootcamp uses bodyweight exercises like push ups, squats, suspension training and burpees, interspersed with running and competitive games. The idea is that everyone involved works at their own pace as they team up and work towards one goal, either in pairs, small teams of three or four, or even two teams head on.
Sports Speed
This class is going to be for any athletes looking to improve their speed, quickness, body control, explosiveness, and injury prevention. Sports Speed is going to be a mix of athletes from various sports, not just one specific sport–it’s about athletic performance. We encourage athletes to do Sports Speed and Strength and conditioning in combination to get the best results. Athletes are recommended to do this during there sports season and/or in the off-season. Call to schedule their first class and it’s on us!
Personal Training

About us
Mill Town Strength and Conditioning is unlike any other gym in the area. All of our training and classes are offered only online(virtual training) We are a fitness facility built around motivation, hard work, community and results. Our methodology benefits everyone from soccer moms and weekend golfers to police/firefighters and world class athletes. At Mill Town Strength and Conditioning, you will be surrounded by trainers that know who you are, know your goals, and want to see you succeed.

My fitness journey started back when I was 18 years old and 298lbs with 31% bodyfat. I realized that something had to change. So over the next year, I was able to lose 98lbs. At 200lbs I felt great, and I knew that this is what I wanted to do forever…help others with their own fitness journey. So I spent the next 7 years personal training at various gyms around the area as well as owned my own fitness companies. During that time I met Amber, and I knew that she and I would do this together. We grew a passion for Strength Training and the community atmosphere around it! We knew that this is what we wanted to do forever, and that’s how Mill Town Strength and Conditioning was born. We enjoy competing and helping others achieve their goals. In our off time, we like to hangout, go to dinner, play with our girls and our two dogs, Murphy and Hank. We like doing anything outdoors…especially in the summer time…hanging out at the river.

I have been training for 30 years now but have been passionate about physical fitness my entire life. As a competitive gymnast, and all around athlete, I realized that physical fitness affects much more than just appearance. As a certified personal trainer, speed and agility coach, Bootcamp instructor and CrossFit coach, I have been so blessed to witness lives truly changed. My passion is to help people find strength in themselves to accomplish things they never dreamed possible!!! Brandon and I have been training together for almost 15 years now as an inseparable team. Strength Training gave us one of the most effective tools for helping people reach, otherwise, unreachable goals. We have been coaching for almost 11 years now and have never found a better way of training for complete physical fitness for athletes at every level of training. It has become a family way of life with our girls. We all are passionate about fitness. It has not only changed lives but the lives of families around us.
